Explanation of Transaction Behavior

  1. When a member conducts transactions using the Terms of Service, they shall follow the mechanism provided on the website to confirm the quantity and price of goods.

  2. The member agrees that when ordering products using the Terms of Service, Cigarera retains the right to refuse the order or cancel the shipment before notifying the member of the confirmation of the transaction. After the member sends an order notification to Cigarera, the system will automatically send an acceptance notification, but this notification is not an order confirmation. The establishment of the transaction between the member and Cigarera shall be determined by the shipment notification.

  3. If a member arbitrarily returns or exchanges goods, cancels an order, or engages in any behavior that Cigarera deems inappropriate and causes trouble or damage to Cigarera's operations after ordering products using the Terms of Service, Cigarera may, at its discretion, refuse transactions or permanently cancel the member's 资格.

  4. When we send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped, your order is deemed accepted, and a contract between you and Cigarera is established. The contract will only include the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment. Therefore, all sales contracts are concluded in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If the website's sales system cannot be used normally due to force majeure or other uncontrollable reasons, resulting in the failure to complete online transactions or the loss of relevant information or records, this website shall not be liable. Shipment Explanation and Timing

The above approval time is 3 to 5 working days (based on Hong Kong public holidays). After your order payment is completed, the shipment time of the products depends on the arranged carrier, as follows:
(1) Tobacco products: 3 to 5 working days.


The website's automatic logistics system arranges the shipment sequence of website orders based on the principle of fair shipping. If the system's shipment schedule for accumulated uncompleted orders in your account (e.g., orders with a status of "Processing") exceeds 60 working days (if affected by holidays or other force majeure factors, the shipment schedule will be extended to the next working day, subject to the actual schedule), the system will be unable to create new orders for you. You can try adjusting the quantity of goods in the same order or purchase again after receiving goods from other orders (completing other orders).

Modifying or Canceling Orders

After payment is completed, the order immediately enters the automated logistics allocation process, and the system will apply for an export license within a specified time to facilitate preparation and shipment. Therefore, temporary modifications may cause discrepancies between the order content and the export license records, affecting the automated arrangements. To ensure you enjoy a better shopping experience, we recommend that you first add your favorite products to the shopping cart or "My Favorites" and confirm the order details (including quantity, style, and price of goods) before payment, so that we can ship your carefully selected products to you promptly and properly.


Cancellation fee: We will charge a 20% fee based on the total price of the canceled order, i.e., (total price of canceled goods - 20% of the total price) = actual refund amount.
The actual refund amount is subject to the actual payment. The actual arrival date depends on the processing cycle of your payment bank or online payment platform (usually 8 to 10 weeks).
Once an order for a product is canceled, the relevant discount codes or coupons cannot be reused.
For bundled products (e.g., products from world-renowned brands that require a minimum purchase amount), the entire order must be canceled; partial cancellation or return of individual items is not allowed.
If the main product is canceled, and only add-on products are retained, the add-on products will be calculated at the original price.
For set promotions or discount offers, if the order is canceled and the remaining items no longer meet the activity requirements or amount, the retained products will be calculated at the original price, and the price difference will be deducted from the refund.

Returns Due to Customs Inspection or Taxes

Effective June 12, 2023, each returned item is limited to one reshipment. Any costs incurred from returns shall be borne by the member. You may also choose to arrange a refund after the first return. If the item is returned again after reshipment, the system will automatically arrange a refund in accordance with the following refund rules without further notice.


After receiving your returned item, we will send an email titled "[Cigarera] Reshipment Arrangement for Returned Packages" with a payment link for the reshipment fee. If you choose to reship the item, please complete the payment and reply with reshipment-related information within 15 working days. We will arrange for reshipment in the original packaging of the product according to your reply.


*Reshipment fee: You are required to pay the shipping fee for the second shipment (US$35 per package; US$70 for two packages; and so on).


If you choose a refund, please reply via email within 15 working days (the refund will be returned to your bank account via the original payment method). After receiving your confirmation, we will process the refund according to your instructions within 5 working days. The system will deduct the initial shipping fee when arranging the refund.



Please note:


  1. If you fail to reply to the email within 15 working days (counting from the date of our first notification), we will deem that you have chosen a refund and will return the amount to your bank account via the original payment method after deducting the initial shipping fee, without further notice.

  2. If the item is returned again after reshipment, the system will automatically deduct the initial shipping fee and arrange the refund without further notice. The initial shipping fee is US$35 per package, i.e., (total price of refunded goods - initial shipping fee = actual refund amount). If the value of the goods is less than US$35, a 20% deduction will be made from the total price before refund.

  3. Products may be randomly inspected during return and reshipment, which may cause damage to the package or the product. However, such situations are not covered by our return and exchange services.

  4. If the product is returned due to your failure to clear customs in a timely manner and/or contact the local carrier for customs clearance in a timely manner, we will charge a secondary storage fee of US$50 + reshipment fee (US$35 per package; US$70 for two packages; and so on).

  5. Please ensure that the recipient information and details you provide are accurate. Otherwise, the goods may be returned due to failed delivery. You can re-pay the shipping fee to arrange reshipment for returned items (US$35 per package; US$70 for two packages; and so on). However, regardless of the reason, each returned item is limited to one reshipment. If the item is returned again after reshipment, the system will automatically arrange a refund in accordance with the refund rules without further notice.


You may also choose to receive a refund instead of reshipment after the first return. The system will automatically arrange the refund after deducting the initial shipping fee.


Prohibited and Violation Conduct

The member undertakes not to use the Terms of Service for any illegal purpose or in any illegal manner, and to comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and all international practices regarding the use of the Internet. If the member is a user outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, they agree to comply with the laws of their country or region.
