After receiving the package, please open it immediately to check the goods.


All packages shipped from our warehouse are packed in a standardized and uniform manner. If you find obvious damage, crushing, severe deformation, obvious repackaging, or dents on the outer packaging of the parcel before signing for it, you must ask the carrier's driver to note the damage to the outer packaging on the delivery receipt they retain. Also, take photos on the delivery site immediately before signing for the package. (If no note is made, it will be deemed that the outer box was intact when the package was signed for, making it difficult to claim compensation.)


In case of the above situations or other issues, please keep the complete inner and outer packaging (including the carrier's packaging) and contact our website's [Online Customer Service] in a timely manner within the valid processing period for assistance or follow-up, to ensure the rights and interests of both parties.


Please ensure that the recipient's information and details filled in are accurate. Otherwise, the goods may be returned due to failed delivery. You can re-pay the shipping fee to arrange re-delivery for returned items (35 USD per package; 70 USD for two packages; and so on). However, regardless of the reason, each returned item is limited to one re-delivery.


You can also choose to receive a refund instead of re-delivery after the first return. The system will deduct the initial shipping fee and automatically arrange the refund (Initial shipping fee: 35 USD per package; 70 USD for two packages; and so on, i.e., total price of the refunded goods - initial shipping fee = actual refund amount; if the value of the goods is less than 35 USD, a 20% deduction will be made before refund).


The packaging of products is updated irregularly and may differ slightly from the pictures on the website. Please refer to the actual packaging received. During the iteration period, new and old versions will be shipped randomly, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted.


The valid period for accepting complaints, returns, and exchanges of packages is 3 days from the date of successful delivery as shown on the carrier's official website. Due to the special nature of tobacco products, any package that exceeds the valid processing period will not be accepted for handling, regardless of the issue.


For goods that meet the return and exchange conditions, when returning them, please ensure that the original package, the product itself (including the inner and outer box packaging, labels, the number of cigars, etc.), its outer packaging, and all accompanying complete packaging materials are kept intact. Do not miss any packaging or damage the outer box of the product. If the returned product cannot be restored to its original condition, it may affect the return rights or require the bearer to pay part of the fees. The company will not accept any missing parts or subsequent damages, and the actual return arrangement is subject to the import and export regulations of the country or region.


For products confirmed by our quality management department as eligible for return or exchange due to quality issues, please pack the items to be returned or exchanged completely and return them within 2 days from the date of confirmation with the customer service. After we receive the returned items, we will handle the refund or re-delivery. All return and related fees shall be borne by the customer.


When processing a refund: We will deduct the initial shipping fee of the refunded package: US$35 per package; US$70 for two packages; and so on, i.e., total US dollar price of the refunded goods - initial shipping fee = actual refund amount. When arranging re-delivery: We will only bear the shipping fee for the second re-delivery, and all other fees related to the re-delivered package shall be borne by the customer.


To protect your interests, please read the relevant descriptions carefully before purchasing. Products with no quality issues will not be returned or exchanged. Due to the special nature of tobacco products, returned items will also be stored in the warehouse for professional maintenance. For the convenience of warehouse logistics management, if you fail to arrange re-delivery within 3 months, we will deem that you voluntarily abandon the expired package goods and have the right to dispose of the returned items without further notice.
